It’s really just about range-of-motion at this point. I have almost all my strength back. I’m still struggling to put my weight back on but I’m sure my appetite will come back further after I get back into my proper workout routine. I am biking at close to my immediate pre-op pace but nowhere near what I was doing a couple years ago. I am working out with the students in my classes but not as much as I’d like. My stances on one side are fine but “awkward” on the other side. I have my 6-week doctor visit next week. I expect him to tell me then that I am free to do just about everything, but of course with caution.
